Job Title: Access Programs & Partnerships Project Management 

Contract Length: 9 months

Location: GSK HQ, London

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to support several high-impact initiatives within the Global Health Access Programs & Partnerships Team. This role provides project management support across multiple global health programs, including the RTSS Malaria Vaccine, Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs), and other Access Programs projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a matrixed environment, enjoys facilitating collaboration, and brings rigor to project planning, documentation, and process management.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage internal project meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, meeting minutes, and document archiving.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams to support timely delivery of milestones and workstreams.
• Support business plan reviews and track progress against project objectives.
• Maintain project risk registers and prepare materials for governance and reporting meetings (e.g., RMCB).
• Assist Project Leads with project budget tracking, monitoring, and documentation activities.
• Support compliance-related tasks, including process monitoring and documentation tracking.
• Provide logistical and coordination support for external partner meetings (e.g., annual Sabin meeting).
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain (GSC) project support functions as relevant (excluding tech transfer project management).
• Assist the Access Programs & Partnerships Team Lead with tasks such as compliance monitoring, archiving, organizing team retreats, and supporting above-brand or team-wide initiatives when capacity allows.

 

 Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, life sciences, business administration, project management, or a related field.
• Experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in global health, vaccine development, pharma, or nonprofit settings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with meeting facilitation and structured documentation practices.
• Familiarity with budget support, compliance activities, and risk management is an advantage.
